基于胺类偶联反应测定痕量亚硝酸盐的研究-2.5次微分电分析法测定NO2-
Determination of Trace Amount Nitrite Based on the Amine Azo-Reaction:Determination of Nitrite by the 2.5th Order Differential Electroanalysis
【摘要】 研究了在微酸性溶液中,萘胺与对氨基苯乙酮的重氮盐在室温下,形成偶氮化合物的实验条件,建立了一个极其灵敏的快速测定NO2-的新方法。在20×10-10~1.0×10-8g/mL浓度范围内,峰高与NO2-离子浓度呈良好的线性关系。本方法用于直接测定水样中NO2-含量,获得满意结果。
【Abstract】 in this paper,the optimum experimental conditions are studied for the formation of azo-compound of diazonium salt derived from paminoacetophenone and naphthylamine in acidic medium.A sensitive and quick method to determine nitrite has been established.The linear range is 2.0×10 ̄(-10) ̄1.0×10 ̄(-8)g/ mL.Several water samples have been directly analyzed by the recommended procedure and a satisfactory result was obtained.
