铝镁柱联粘土的制备及表征

【摘要】 以铝镁双金属离子低聚物为交联剂,制备了复合柱联膨润土催化剂(简称为Al-Mg-PILC)。详细考察了Mg/Al比、Al/土比等因素对合成产品性能的影响。借助于XRD、BET、DTA表征手段,结合轻柴油裂解,三甲基苯转化反应,探讨催化剂表面酸性。结果表明,铝镁复合柱直径小于的相应值,所得柱联粘土表面总酸量较少,强酸比例增大。经350℃脱附后,其吡啶吸附量可保持25℃下吸附值的7%左右,而Al-PILC只保留2.5%。进一步证实了交联剂的改进对柱联粘土催化剂性能的影响。

【Abstract】 Aluminium-magnesium composite pillared interlayered clay(designated as Al-Mg-PILC) was prepared from aluminium-magnesium solution and bentonite, The effects of Al/Mg ratio, Al/clay ratio on Al-Mg-PILC were studied. These products have been characterized by XRD as well as BET and DTA, The surface acidity of the catalysts were discussed along with the catalytic cracking activity for gas oil and conversion of TrMB, The experimental results show that Al-Mg-PILC has a smaller value of d(001)(17.1)than that of Al-PILC(18.8).The Al-Mg oligomer appears to be uniform in view of the strong, narrow 001 reflection observed. Al-Mg-PILC possesses a lower total amount of acid and stronger acid sites. The same conclution can be drawn from the adsorbed amount of pyridine on Al-Mg-PILC. Al-Mg-PILC can maintain better than 7 per cent of adsorbed pyridine at 25℃ after desorption at 350℃,in contrast to 2. 5 per cent for Al-PILC. The introduction of magnesium increased the thermal stability of pillared clay somewhat. The dehydroxylation endothermic change of the structural OH in Al-Mg-PILC(4) may be benificial to the improvement ofcatalytic properties of PILC.
