【Abstract】 The reaction of IAP-4S with Fe(Ⅱ)has beenstudied for the determination of iron in the biologicaland environmental samples.Beer’s law was obeyed foriron in the range of 0～50 μg/25mL. The apparentmolar absorptivity of the complex at 692nm was 1.18×10￣4L; mol￣(-1).cm￣(-1).The relative standard deviationfor nine determinations was 1%for 10 μg/25mL ofiron,The method has been applied to the determina-tion of iron in spinach,celery,human hair,naturaland well waters,and excellent results were obtained更多还原
