【Abstract】 Trace selenium in some foodstuff, such as rice, flour and honey, is determined by using rank annihilation factor analysis (RAFA) fluorophotometry without masking. The results obtained are in good agreement with those obtained by traditional fluorophotometry with EDTA as masking agent. This work is a valuable trial for the applications of RAFA to quantitative analysis of real foodstuff samples.更多还原
