吡哌酸在玻碳电极上的伏安测定
Voltammetric Behaviour and Determination of Pipemidic Acid on Glassy Carbon Electrode
【摘要】 本文应用线性扫描伏安法,微分脉冲伏安法,循环伏安法对吡哌酸(PPA)在GCE上的伏安行为进行了研究。发现在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中+1.2V(vs.Ag/AgCl)左右有一氧化峰,PPA的浓度2~100μg/ml与峰电流呈良好的线性关系。测定了胶囊和片剂中PPA的含量,RSD2.1%(n=10),回收率在97%~104%之间,方法操作简单快速。PPA在GCE上的电极反应是属于不可逆过程。
【Abstract】 The voltammetric behaviour of pipemidic acid (PPA) was investigated by linear -sweep, differential-pulse, cyclic voltammetry at a glassy carbon electrode. In a medium of phosphate buffer (pH 7. 00),an oxidative peak of PPA is obtained. The peak potential is at about +1. 2 V(vs. Ag/AgCl). The height of the peak is linearly increased with the coheen-tration of PPA over the range of 2. 0-100μg/ml. The method has been used for the direct determination of PPA in capsules and tablets. The relative standard deviation (n=10) is 2. 1%. Its recovery is in the range from 97% to 104%. The operation is simple, and the results are reproducible. The electrode reaction is irreversible process.
