【Abstract】 In (CH2)6N4-HCl buffer solution at pH 5, a sensitive adsorptive complex wave of Ga(Ⅱ)-rutin (Rt) was obtained by single-sweep Polarography. The detection limit is down to 1.0×10-8mol/L. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of gallium in catalyst. The composition of the complex was detected as Ga (Ⅱ): Rt = 1 : 2.
