两相滴定法研究2-乙基己基膦酸单2-乙基己基酯从盐酸介质中萃取钕(Ⅲ)的动力学
Study on the Extraction Kinetics of Neodymium With 2-Ethyl-hexylphosphonic Acid Mono-2-ethylhexyl Ester by the Two Phase Titration
【摘要】 本文利用两相滴定法作为分析手段,用恒界面池搅拌法考察了多种因素对2-乙基己基膦酸单2-乙基己基酯(HEHEHP,HA)从盐酸介质中萃取Nd(Ⅲ)动力学的影响,从实验结果推论出萃取过程为界面化学反应控制型机理。
【Abstract】 The extractiohn kinetics and mechanism of neodymium(Ⅲ) from chloride medium with 2-ethylhexylphosphonic acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester ( HEHEHP) were studied by means of two phase titration and stationary interface stirring cell. The effects of the stirring speed, interfacial area between two phases, the concentration of H+,Nd3-,Cl- and HEHEHP on the extraction rate have been investigated. The results indicate the extraction process is controlled by the interfacial reaction when the stirring speed is over 200 r/min.
