【Abstract】 Chinese silvery ginseng is a kind of new product in ginseng processing. The de-termination of ginseng volatile oil content in Chinese silvery ginseng is caried out by gas chromatograph-mass spectrograph-computer combined equipment. 132 Compounds were separated from the silvery ginseng, 49 compounds were identified.
