Nafion修饰电极阴极溶出伏安法测定痕量钛
Cathodic Stripping Voltammetry for the Determination of Trace Titanium by Nafion-modified Electrode
【摘要】 本文采用Nation修饰玻碳电极阴极溶出伏安法测定痕量钛。研究了Nation膜的有关特性和测定的佳化条件。当富集时间为1min时,Ti(Ⅳ)浓度与峰电流在1.0~50ng/ml范围内呈线性关系。本法应用于铝合金和白泥标样中钛的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 This work suggests a new cathodic stripping voltammetry for the determination of titanium by Nafion-modified glassy carbon electrode. The Ti (Ⅳ ) ion can be preconcen-trated on the Nafion-coated glassy carbon electrode at +0. 80V (vs. SCE) and a stripping scan is carried out from +0. 80 to -0. 30V at sweep rate of 250 mV/s in basic solution containing 0. 005mol/L NaNO3 and HNO3(pH 2.5). At the optimum conditions,a sensitive peak is observed at +0. 15V. The peak current is linearly proportional to the Ti( Ⅳ ) ion concentration in the range of 1. 0 to 50 ng/ml. The method has been applied to the determination of titanium in the samples of aluminium alloy and clay with satisfactory results. The standard deviations are 0. 012%,0.026%, and the relative errors are -5. 5% and -3. 8% respective-ly.
