【Abstract】 The fragrance in the fresh flowers of Magolia . rufidula Law et Zhou is collected by four Different methods- XAD-4 hydrophobic resin absorption, microwave heating then XAD-4 resin absorption, vacuum steam distillation and XAD-4 resin absorption and extraction with ether- and analysed by GC/MS . The analytical result shows that the constituents of fragrance extracted by ether are more abundant and those by other methods are alike but less abundant. The microwave heating then XDA-4 resin absorption is a good method in respect of time and sample consumption.更多还原
