碳纤维含量对短碳纤维-铜复合材料性能的影响
INFLUENCE OF VOLUME OF SHORT CARBON FIBER ON PROPERTIES OF COMPOSITE
【摘要】 用粉末冶金法制造了碳纤维分布均匀的碳纤维一铜复合材料,测定了复合材料的力学性能和物理性能,表明在碳纤维与铜基体之间存在界面结合,碳纤维含量对复合材料性能影响极大。
【Abstract】 The possibility of producing short carbon fiber reinforced copper matrix composite has been studied in the paper. The composite has highdensity and carbon fibers are well-distribtited in the matrix The effect ofvolume of carbon fiber on the tensile strength, thermal expansion coeffici-ent thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity of the composite hasbeen studied.The results indicate that the tensile strength, thermal expallsion coefficient,thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity dec-rease with the increase of the volume of carbon fiber.
