【Abstract】 The author observed and analysed 26 cases about pathologic changes in gliding contusion and itsmechanism,He think that gliding contusion is a rare kind of cerebral contusion which happens is superior fronted subcortiocal white matter adjacent to the parasagittal sinus of the cerebral hemispheres. Itoften occur in retarded motion and without shull fracture. The cause of gliding contusion is very relevant to the diffuse axonal injury.更多还原
