【Abstract】 By means of DNA recombinant techniques, the fragment of MYO minisatellite DNA probe 0b-tained from plasmid pUC19 - MYO was inserted into plamsid pGEM - 4Z containing RNA poly-merase promotor, thus a sub-clone pGEM- 4Z-MYO was constructed then. It provided the RNAprobe for the DNA fingerprinting and laid a foundation for raising the sensitivity of detecting the poly-morphism of the minisatel1ite DNA.更多还原
