【Abstract】 Personnel with applied knowledge of ESP is badly needed with the development of local and export-orientated economy. To serve led economy is the goal of local universities. Therefore, developing ESF to meet the increasing demands of local area for personnel and training personnel with applied lonowledge of English are not only the key points of developing ESP but also the imperative needs of local area.
