【Abstract】 Foshan has implemented the strategy of progressive economic reform and high-speed economic growth. Foshan has transformed ownership form and structures into a coexistence of multi-economic sectors, achieving an ’ideal’ ownership structure. Foshan has put forward and complemented the strategy of "Trade, Industry and Agriculture", and adopted more outward-looking, export-orientated industriaization policies. Foshan has managed to shift more than half its labour force into township enterprises, which are mainly based on rural collective ownership. Foshan’s government has played a key role as the director of economic development,negotintor of the macro-economy, organizer of the regional eCOnomy, participant in investment and distributor of economic resources.[2]更多还原
