预氧化的金属及合金在Na2SO4熔盐中的电位
THE POTENTIAL OF PRE-OXIDIZED METAL AND ALLOY IN MOLTEN SALT
【摘要】 测试了经900℃空气中预氧化的Ni、Co、Cr及Ni-Cr、Co—Cr、Ni-Al、Fe—Al合金试样在900℃Na2SO4熔盐中的电位。建立了带氧化膜金属及合金在熔盐中的电位理论模型,预氧化金属及合金在熔盐中的电位与氧化膜的种类、氧化膜中电子和离子迁移数的大小、氧化速度(表现为电流i)以及界面反应极化阻力有关。预氧化金属及合金试样在熔盐中的电位的测试结果,与此理论模型相一致。
【Abstract】 The potential of pre-oxidized metal and alloy specimens in molten salt(900℃) was measured. The potential model of the metal and alloy with oxide film in molten salt was proposed, the potential of pre-oxidized metal and alloy specimens in molten salt is related with the kinds of oxide film, the transport number of ion and electron in the oxide film,oxidation rate and the polarization resistance of electrodes.The results of experiments are agree with this model.
