双相高温涂层中氧化物相对元素扩散的影响研究
INFLUENCE OF OXIDE PARTICLES ON DIFFUSION IN A TWO-PHASE COATING AT HIGH TEMPERATURE
【摘要】 通过扩散方程的建立及数值分析计算,研究了高温氧化条件下双相高温涂层中氧化物相的含量、分布等对NiAl相中元素扩散过程的影响,并结合实验观察进一步分析了在短路扩散条件下涂层/基体界面处的氧化物聚集层中的氧化物的聚集状态与元素互扩散的关系,同时预测了涂层的失效时间,提出了添加氧化物以抑制内界面处元素扩散的合理涂层结构设计。
【Abstract】 On the basis of diffusion law and differential calculation,the influence of addition and distribution of the oxide particles in a two-phase high temperature coating on element diffusion in NiAl phase has been studied.Moreover,the quantitative relationship between the accumulation of the oxide particles at the coating/substrate interface and element diffusion has been established.Therefore,the time to failure for the coating may be predicted and a reasonable microstructure for effectivelly inhibiting interdiffusion by adding oxide particles was suggested.
