胎盘因子对辐射所致造血功能损伤的防治作用研究
STUDY ON PREVENTIVE AND THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF PLACENTA FACTOR ON RADIATION-INDUCED DAMAGE OF HEMATOPOIETIC FUNCTION
【摘要】 本文报道腹腔注射人胎盘因子注射液对用 ̄(60)Coγ射线照射后的大鼠及小鼠外周血白细胞及骨髓有核细胞、有丝分裂指数的影响。结果表明,胎盘因子给药组的白细胞恢复速度明显快于对照组,照后30d两组存在非常显著的差异(p<0.01);骨髓有核细胞及有丝分裂指数给药组也明显高于对照组。说明胎盘因子可以促进造血组织损伤的修复,且具有保护骨髓造血细胞的作用。
【Abstract】 The effects of human Placenta Factor (PF) injection i.p. on peripheral leucocytes,marrow nucleate cells and mitosis index of rats and mice exposed to  ̄(50)Co γ ray have been re-ported. It was found that the leucocyte amounts of PF group recovered obvious more rapidlythan that of control group and there were very marked difference(p<0. 01)between 2groups at 30 day after radiation. At same time, marrow nucleate cells and mitosis index ofPF group were obvious higher than coritrol group. The result showed that PF had the func-tions of promoting the damage repairment of hematopoietic tissues and protecting marrowhematopoietic cells.
