【摘要】 观察服用核酸花粉合剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响。小鼠口服核酸花粉合剂１～４ｇ／ｋｇ·ｄ。可使胸腺、脾脏重量增加，促进血清溶血素形成，并能对抗环磷酰胺诱发的血清溶血素下降，而对单核吞噬细胞系统、细胞免疫功能及环磷酰胺诱发的白细胞下降则无明显的影响。用Ｓ１８０荷瘤小鼠观察结果类似。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nucleic acid-pollen mixture(NPM)1～4g/kg p.o.in mice increased markedly the weight of spleen and the thymus and the concentration of serum hemolysin induced by SRBC,In addition,NPM also had an antagonistie effect on humoral immunodepression induced by cyclophosphamide.But it had no marked effects on the clearence rate of charcoal particles,the delayed type hypersensitivity reaction, and spleen lymphocyte proliferation induced by PHA in vitro.There were similar results when the mice with S180 were used in the study.更多还原
