【摘要】 应用改良的还原型辅酶Ⅰ四唑氮还原酶（ＮＡＤＨ－ＴＲ）氧化酶组化染色方法，对４００例经常规ＨＥ，ＭＧＴ以及ＡＴＰ酶和透射电镜确诊的神经肌肉疾病肌组织的恒冷冰冻连续切片进行组化染色，结果显示该染色对发现肌纤维内部结构变化；区别Ⅰ，Ⅱａ；Ⅱｂ型肌纤维、成群肌萎缩以及同型肌群化，鉴别神经原性肌肉疾病和肌原性肌肉疾病及其分型具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new modified NADH-TR muscle histostaining method is reported and it’s used in the muscle histostaining of more than 400 cases of various neuromuscular diseases including myogenic myopathy and neurogenic myopathy and normal controls,The types of diseases were diagnosed by conventional HE,MGT stain and ATPase histostain and some by inverted microscopic technique.So its meaning of diagnosis and distinguished diagnosis in the field of neuromuscular diseases are discussed.The results show that this simply and stably modmed NADH-TR muscular histostaining method is valuable to discover changes of in myofiber,distinguish typeⅠ,type Ⅱa type Ⅱ b myofibers and discover type grouping in neurogenic myopathy so it can make a distinction between myogenic myopathy and neurogenic myopathy更多还原
