【Abstract】 The production potential and suitability of land in the coastal area of Fulan Province were quantitatively evaluated.The results showed that the land production potentiai in the coastal area was large and varied from 84 to 118t/(hm2·a), which belongs to the first three classes in the Classification of Chinese Land Production Potential. The suitability of land use in the coastal area of Fujian was superior in forestry and agricultural use, which wcre 46.57% and 21.65% of total land area in the coastal district, respectively, and the temporary useless land also occupied considerably proportion. The land qualities of agriculture,pomiculture and forestry suitability wcre poor. Most of them were middle or low productive land.The areas of the middle or low productive land of agriculture, pomiculture and forestry suitability wcre 77.18%, 66. 00% and 74. 72% of the total area of them, respectively.更多还原
