【摘要】 蕉柑Ｊｉａｏｇａｎ［Ｃｉｔｒｕｓｒｅｔｉｃｕｌａｔａｖａｒ．ｔａｎｋａｎ（Ｈａｙａｔａ）Ｈ．Ｈ．Ｈｕ］育性下降的直接原因是配子发生过程中减数分裂不正常，造成配子不育．通过核型分析得知，蕉柑的染色体不对称性大于桔类和甜橙，说明蕉柑在长期的栽培演化过程中，可能发生了某些染色体节段的易位．更多还原

【Abstract】 The decrease of rertility of Jiaogan [Citrus reticulata var.tankan(Hayata) H.H.Hu] was Preliminarily demonstrated to be due the abnormal meiosis during gametogenesis producing sterile gametes.In addition,that chromosomes in Jiaogan indicated by karyotype analys is were to be more unsymmetrical than those in mandarin and sweet orange implied the possibility of the occurrence of some chromosome translocations in Jiaogan over its long course of cultivation and evolution.更多还原
