膨润土在造纸黑液处理中的应用
The Use of Bentonite in the Treatment for Black Liquor Discharged in Papermaking Process
【摘要】 本文提出了处理造纸黑液的综合物化流程:聚合铝絮凝→MMH一膨润土吸附,并进行了条件实验.实验结果表明:黑液经该流程处理后,COD去除率达65%~70%,分离液pH=7~8,基本无色,可直接回用,沉淀易利用处理.实现了黑液经资源化处理后的循环使用.
【Abstract】 In this paper,the comprehensive physicalo chemical treatment process for the black liquor are put forward: flocculating with polyaluminium and absorbing with MMH-bentonite.The conditional tests for each process are also carried out. The experimental results show that the removal rate of COD of the effluent reaches 65%~70% and the effluent with pH=7~8 was nearly colourless after the treatment to the black liquor through the process. The effluent and its precipitates after treatment can be reused.
