支于粒状土的沉管夯扩桩的实践与认识

【摘要】 本文以三明市支于粒状土层沉管夯扩桩的使用情况与检测结果为依据,对技术经济问题进行讨论。实践证明,该桩型具有穿透能力强、施工速度快、单桩负荷大、工程造价低等优点。该桩型不仅在沿海沉积地层适用,对山区埋藏粒状土层的河流阶地及山前冲洪积扇地带尤其适用.按照三明已有的设计,取单桩承载力标准值R_k=750KN时,桩基造价,对多层住宅约为沉管灌注桩的3/4、砼预制桩的2/3、人工挖孔桩的1/2.根据检测结果,可望进一步降低。因而该桩型具有较高的推广价值。

【Abstract】 Based on the practical use & checking results of the enlarged piles by sinking pipe & tamper in granular soil in Sanming City ,the article makes a research on the piles techtcal & economical questions , It turned out by fact that the piles had strong penetrating capability could spees construction the single pile had larger carrying capacity and the piles could reduce construction cost. This type of piles are not only suitable for seaside sedimentary formation,but also for thd river terrace of granular soil formation in mountain areas and alluvial fans in front of mountains. This type of piles is economical and dependable. It will be quite valuable to spread this kind of piles.
