头发中微量铬的流动注射化学发光检测
Determination of Chromium in Hair by Flow Injection with Chemiluminescent Detection
【摘要】 本文建立了一个基于鲁米诺-过氧化氢-铬(Ⅲ)体系的流动注射化学发光检测系统。详细地研究了适合于生物样品中铬的测定的反应条件以及铁和钴干扰的消除问题。该流动注射系统成功地用于头发中微量铬的测定,样品测定的相对标准偏差小于11%,回收率介于90~105%之间,与石墨炉原子吸收光谱法比较,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 A flow injection system with chemiluminescent detection for luminol-H2O2-Cr (Ⅲ) is developed in this paper. The conditions for determination of chromium in biological samples and the elimination of interferences of iron and cobalt are investigated in detail. This flow injection system has been successfully used to determine trace chromium in hair, and the RSD for these samples are lower than 11%, recovery is in 90-105%. The results obtained by this method can compare with that of GFAAS.
