碱性预处理对金属化聚酯导电纤维性能的影响
The Chemical Pretreatment of Metallized PET Fiber and Its Properties
【摘要】 采用碱性预处理,经化学镀制出金属化聚酯导电纤维,研究了提高导电成份在纤维上牢度的方法,对碱性预处理工艺与纤维的失重和强力等关系也进行了较详尽的探讨。在聚酯纤维夫重<10%所制得的金属化聚酯导电纤维的质量比电阻达10-1~10一3Ω·g/cm2,是一类可在高温低湿条件下应用的新型复合材料,运用SEM、XPS和DSC等测试手段对金属化纤维进行了分析。
【Abstract】 In this paper the metallization method, with which the PET fiber is metallized with metallic ions such as Ni, Cu to obtain electrically conductive metallized polyester (MPET) fiber is investigatsd. The research shows that the binding force between fiber and conductive component can be greatly increased if the fiber has been modified by chemicals before metallization. By means of modern analysis techniques use XPS, DSC and SEM, the MPET fiber is examined and the binding mechanism is discussed elementarily.
