氯化铁酸性溶液升温水解中相转化规律
The Rules of Phase-Transformation on the Hydrolysis of Acidic Ferric Chloride Solution
【摘要】 氯化铁酸性溶液升温强迫水解,生成细小的短纺棰形β-FeOOH粒子,成长为棒状β-FeOOH大粒子和发生相转化而生成球状或立方体α-Fe2O3粒子,相转化方式有三种:聚集再结晶式,交点膨胀式和独立成核武,其决定因素是原始陈化液中三价铁离子和氯离子的浓度。
【Abstract】 The hydrolyds of ferric chloride acidic solution at elevated temperyture is consisted of the formation of tiny spindle-shaped β-FeOOH particles, followed by the growing into large rodlike β-FeOOH particles and then phase-transforming into spheric or cubic α-Fe2O3. There are three type of phsae-transformations: Coagulation-recristallization, intersection-point expansion and indeependent nucleation. The determine factor is the concentrstion of ferric and chloride ions.
