【摘要】 对侵犯颅内的鼻窦恶性肿瘤１０例，施行了根治性手术，用游离的阔筋膜和带蒂帽状腱膜颅骨膜重建被切除的颅底骨板和硬脑膜，颅底骨缺损直径达５～７ｃｍ也不需植骨，无１例并发脑脊液漏或出现脑、脑膜膨出，术后己健在４年者４例，２年后复发但仍带瘤生存４年余１例，另５例术后３个月至３年半局部复发或转移而死亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract Ten patients who suffered from paranasal sinus malignant tumors with intracranial extension had radical cxcision,The skull base bone and duta defect was reconstructed with free fascia lata and pedical galea pericranium, Bone graft was unnecessary when the diameter of bone defect as large as 5 7cm and neither patient had CSF leakage or menigoencephaloceles. Four of them(4/10) were alive for 4 years free of tumors , one of them(1/10) was alive for 4 years with tumor recurrence 2 years after operation and the other five died of tumor recurrence or metastasis in postoperative3 18 monthes.更多还原
