【Abstract】 In calculating the scatter parameter of the complex system,there may be matrix of unfilled rank which results in interruption of the CAD process. This paper analyzes the source of this singularity ,pointing out that such case is corresponding to the resonance of some sub-network. The algorithm to deal with such case is given.
