【Abstract】 The burner with seamed blunt object is a new one for pulverized coal combustion. Its features are as follows: (1) It can make pulverized coal locally rich and easy to matching separated volatiles with oxygen at that location; (2) It can make full use of favourable ignition conditions such as high temperatures in reflow region and low velocity as well as high turbulent scale.
