42CrMo与BHW—35的焊接
Welding of 42CrMo Steel and BHW--35 Steel
【摘要】 本文通过模拟BHW-35与20MnMo焊接过程,分析和研究42CrMo钢的焊接特性,分析焊缝的力学性能和金相组织,认为42CrMo与BHW-35焊缝各方面性能满足原BHW—35和20MnMo焊缝设计要求,从而使电厂按期运行。
【Abstract】 Welding characteristic of 42CrMo steel and its mechanics performance and metallographic Composition of welding seam had been analyzed and investigated by modelling welding process of BHW-- 35 and 20MnMo. It had been considered that various performances of 42CrMo and BHW-- 35 can satisfy the original design requirements of BHW-- 35 and 20MnMo seam,thereby the power plant can be operated in time.
