化学镀Ni-W-P合金耐磨耐蚀特性的研究
Investigation on the Wear resistant Characteristics of Chemical Plated Ni-W-P Alloy
【摘要】 采用化学镀技术,在碳钢基体上镀复含W量为1.59~5.50wt%,含P量为6.0~12.93wt%的Ni-W-P合金镀层。测试结果表明,该镀层与碳钢基体有极好的结合强度,厚度达15μm以上即无孔隙。在H2SO4及HCl介质中耐蚀性好,镀层硬度高,经400℃热处理后硬度值达HV 1458。镀层耐磨损性好。可将其应用于承受腐蚀磨损的场合。
【Abstract】 Ni-W-Palloy coatings, in which W content ranges from 1.59vt% to 5.50wt% and P content ranges from 6.0wt% to 12.93wt%, on carbon steel substrate were deposited with chemical palling technique. The test results show that the Ni-W-P alloy coatings adhere to the substrate very well and have no pore when coating thickness reaches 15μm. The coatings exhibit excellent corrosion resistance in H2SO4, and HC1 media. Hardness of the coatings is high and especially after heat treatment a thickness value up to HV1458 can be obtained. The chemical plated Ni-W-P alloy coatings have very good wear resistant characteristics. The coatings can be used in the cases present corrosion and wear.
