电镀Fe-Cr-Ni及Fe-Ni合金相组成研究
A Study on the Phase Composition of Electroplated Fe-Cr-Ni and Fe-Ni Alloys
【摘要】 用x-射线衍射法测定了Fe-cr-Ni合金镀层及Fe-Ni合金镀层的相组成。这些合金镀层的相组成很复杂。一般含有Cr、Fe碳化物、富Cr、富Ni、富α-Fe及γ-NiFe相。在Fe-Cr-Ni合金镀层中,Fe含量80%左右时,合金含(Cr、Fe)7C3,相。当合金中Ni的含量增加时,富Ni相消失,而合金中Cr含量增加时有Fe-cr相形成。这种不形成均匀固溶体合金相的现象称为相分离。
【Abstract】 The phase composition of electroplated coatings of Fe-Cr-Ni and Fe-Ni alloys was determined by x-ray diffraction method. The results show that these alloy coatings have very complex phase composition. Generally, they are composed of carbides of Cr and Fe, Cr-rich, Ni-rich α-Fe-rich, and β-NiFe phases. In the Ni-Cr-Fe alloy coatings, it contains (Cr、 Fe)7C3 phase when Fe content in the coating is about 80%. The Ni-rich phase disappears when Ni content in the coating is increased, while Cr content in the coating is increased the Fe-Cr phase is formed. This phenomenon of without formation of homogeneous solid solution is ealled phase separation.
