环件轧制逆向仿真与毛坯优化设计
Reverse Simultion and Blank Optimizing in Ring Rolling
【摘要】 本文论述了矩形截面环轧制的优化规程设计方法,采用逆向仿真技术对相应的毛坯进行优化设计。设计过程中考虑了各种非线性约束,使轧机径向与轴向容量得到充分利用,缩短轧制时间。最后给出了仿真实现的程序框图,并用前向仿真验证了逆向仿真算法的正确性。
【Abstract】 in this paper the optimal rolling procedure design method in ring rolling is proposed, andthe corresponding blank was designed using reverse simulation in consideration of various rolling re-strains. This make it possible to make full use of the mill’ s capacity and reduce rolling time. Finally thescheme of the simulation program was given and the correctness of the reverse simulation was shown byforward simulation.
