日粮蛋白质及妊娠对青山羊血清总蛋白水平的影响
THE EFFECTS OF DIETARY PROTEIN AND GESTATION ON SERUM TOTAL PROTEIN OF JINING GRAY GOATS
【摘要】 前列腺素处理28只5.5月龄的青山羊母羊使之同期发情,自然交配后分为自由采食和限制采食两组;两组采食相同日粮,妊娠期前三个月和后两个月日粮粗蛋白含量分别为13.8%和20.0%。妊娠期第90天和137天分别采取静脉血以测定血清总蛋白。测得的数值是:妊娠期第90天自由采食组和限制采食组分别为5.64±0.54g/100ml和4.98±0.38g/100mml,第137天则分别为6.43±0.23g/100ml和5.62±0.53g/100ml。统计分析表明,妊娠期前三个月,两组妊娠母羊间血清总蛋白水平差异显著(P<0.05),自由采食组高于限制采食组;自由采食组或限制采食组内的空怀母羊与妊娠母羊之间差异均极显著(P<0.05);空怀母羊的水平高于妊娠母羊;妊娠期后两个月各组血清总蛋白水平间相互关系与妊娠期前三个月相似。
【Abstract】 Twenty-eight jining gray goats of 5.5 month old were used to study the effects of dietary protein on serum total proteins of the does in gestation. Prostaglandins were administered to make the does syn- chronously oestrus. After being pregnant, the animals were divided into two equal groups, ad libitum and restricted feeding. The protein contents of the diets in those feeding trials were 13.6 and 20. 0% for the first three months and for the last two months of gestation, respectively. It was found that the total serum proteins concentrations were 5.64±0.54 g / 100ml and 4.98±0.38 g / 100ml at the 90th day of gestation for ad libitum and restricted feeding groups; and 6.43±0.23 g / 100ml and 5.62±0.53g / 100ml at the 137th day of gestation for ad libitum and restricted feeding groups, respectively. There is significant dif- ference in serum total proteins concentrations between the pregnant animal for ad libitum group and re- stricted group during the first three months of gestation (P<0.05); and between nonpregnant and preg- nant ewes both for ad libitum feeding group and restricted feeding group(P<0.01)
