激光浮区熔化自调节(诱导)法制备YBa2Cu307-x织构晶体
The Crystal Of Textured 123 Phase Grown in YBCO With Laser Floating Zone Leveling Technique (LFZL)
【摘要】 该文采用激光浮区熔化自调节(诱导)法,根据Y2BaCuO5-YBa2Cu3-O7-x伪二元相图,从激光浮区直接生长出具有YBa2Cu3O7-x(123)织构相的晶体棒.实验结果表明:YBa2Cu3O7-x织构相的生长方向垂直C轴方向。在550℃、40小时充氧处理后,交流磁化率测得Tc=91.2K。同时,对晶体棒的显微组织进行了观察.
【Abstract】 With a laser floating zone leveling technique (or laser floating zone travelling solyent technique), a crystal rod with textured YBa2Cu3O7-x (123) phase was directly grown from laser-heated molten zone first time, according to a pseudo-binary diagram of YBCO compounds.Experimental results indicate that orientation of textured 123 phase is perpendicular to the C-axis and that the Tc onset value of the crystal grown is 91. 2K, after annealing at 550℃ for 40hr in flowing oxygen.Meanwhile, morphologles and microstructures of textured 123 phase were observed.
