全金属孔板叠层换热器流动阻力的测试
Measurement of Flow Resistance of a Completely Metallic Perforated Plate Heat Exchanger
【摘要】 全金属孔板叠层换热器是由铜制孔板和不锈钢隔片相间叠置,采用扩散焊工艺焊接而成。该换热器横断面为长方形,采用指型流道。作者对三个样品进行了室温下的流动阻力测试,得出了摩擦因子随雷诺数变化的关系曲线,并用最小二乘法整理成摩擦因子计算公式。
【Abstract】 The complete metallic perforated plate heat exchanger is made of a lot of perforated copper plates alternated with stainless steel spacers,and piled up and welded each other.It has rectangle cross seetions formed two finger-shaped flow passages for the high pressure gas and the low pre-ssure gas respectively。In this paper the flow resistances of three samples have been tested at room temperature。The friction factor criterion equati-ons have been given for two kinds of the perforated plate arrangements.
