八种散白蚁和一种异白蚁翅面微刻点的扫描电镜观察──(等翅目:鼻白蚁科)

【摘要】 用扫描电镜观察八种散白蚁和一种异白蚁有翅成虫翅面微刻点.结果表明,除了观察到文献中已报道的微刻点类型(舌状乳突、尖头状乳突和粉刺状突起)外,还发现有小刺突和毛.而且同一种白蚁翅背、腹面的微刻点类型存在明显的差异.根据微刻点类型就细颚异白蚁的分类地位作了初步探讨.

【Abstract】 The wing microsculpturing in eight species of Reticulitermes and one species of Heterotermes (Isoptera: Rhinotermitidae) was studied by the means of scanning electron microscopy. Except the hitherto known types of micro- sculpturing (Tongue- shaped, and pointed papillae, pimpules), smaller thorny papillae and setae were discovered. The smaller thorny papillae were 1.3 - 9. 2pm in width at the bases and 2.2 - 5. lpm in lenth with apex directed distally. They distributed on the ventral surface of the wings, with a density of 3708 - 6441 papillae/mm2.The setae were 26.6 - 87pm in length, distributed on dorsal surface of the wings.There was no obvious difference between the fore- and hind- wing, but difference was found between the dorsal- and ventral - surface of the wings. The type of wing micro-sculpturing in H. leptomandibularis was similar to that in species of Reticulitermes. The systematic position of H. leptomandibularis was discussed briefly according to the type of wing micro - sculpturing.
