采用高速数字信号处理器(DSP)的非线性解耦控制交流变频调速系统

【摘要】 采用电流滞环跟随型逆变器,并采取一定的措施后,将异步电动机动态数学模型简化为三阶模型。并通过非线性变换及反馈将其解耦为两个线性单变量系统。为了能采用较高的采样频率,并实现较复杂的运算,采用了数字信号处理器TMS320C25组成微机系统进行实时控制。文中介绍了调速系统的结构及为发挥DSP快速性而采取的措施。还介绍了实现转子磁链观测所用的方法,以及改进后的M/T数字测速线路和软件设计。最后附上初步试验结果。

【Abstract】 The dynamic mathematical model of induction motor would he simplified after using the current hysteresis inverter and adopting some measures’. The model would also be decoupled into two linear single variable system by nonlinear conversion and nonlinear feedback. Using the microcomputer system based on digital signal processor, the sampling frequency would be raised. This paper introduces the speed control system and the steps. which guarantee the D. S. P performing at high speed, and also introduces the method of measuring the rotor flux and the software design. Finally, the test results are attached.
