磁水对蕃茄酯酶同工酶的影响

【摘要】 蕃茄(LycopersicomesculentumMill)在各生长发育期酯酶同工酶谱带无明显变化,但经磁水处理后各生长发育阶段功能叶中酯酶同工酶酶谱及磷素含量与对照组相比存在显著差异,且具有酶谱负极端带数增加,正极端带数减少的趋势。总磷含量测定结果表明处理组均比对照组显著提高。这些变化在磁水处理著前后代中不存在,故认为磁水只是致使非编码顺序局部复制引起DNA分子高级结构改变或是通过活化调节基因来调控酯酶同工酶,活化磷代谢,达到促进生长和增产的效果,而并非导致可遗传变异的结果。

【Abstract】 Esterase isozyme patterns revealed with disc-poly-acrylamde gel electrophoresis were studied in the leaves of Lycopersicom esculentum ″Zhao Kui″.The electrophoregram observed in different stages of development from seedJing to full bloom in tomato plants showed that their patterns and electrophoretic mobility were similar.But in the treatinment with the magnetized water,there were distinct differences in esterase activities and zymogram pattens in comparison with the con- trol.More isozyme bands and taller scanned peaks were observed in the treatment with 1000 GS and 1200 GS,and in the treatment with the 1400 GS there is one band less than the control;nev- ertheless,these changes did not exsist in the second generation which had not treated with mag- netized water.Determination of phosphorus content in the leaves showed that it was much higher in the treatmtnt with magnetized waterk,especially in the treatment with 1000 GS.It is therefore suggested that magnetized water mayhe activates the regulator gene by means of zymogen activa- tionor catises a small mutations that can be repaired in structural gene to control the esterase isozyme and phosphorus metabolism.
