燃煤MHD发电Al2O3基电极间绝缘材料抗裂性的改善
Improvement of Crack Resistance of Al2O3 Base Interelectrode Insulator Materials for MHD Power Generation
【摘要】 为避免燃煤MHD发电Al_2O_3陶瓷电极间绝缘片在动态试验中发生开裂的现象,作者进行了在Al_2O_3基材料中添加第二相(ZrO_2,Si_3N_4)以提高抗热震性和改善抗裂性的研究,结果表明,所研制的Al_2O_3-ZrO_2-Si_3N_4多相复合新材料与Al_2O_3陶瓷相比,室温抗弯强度提高140%,抗热震临界温差△T提高75%,在动态电弧加热器法拉第通道进行250h试验后,电极间绝缘片全部完整,棱角清晰。
【Abstract】 It is shown from the MHD gererator test that the Al2o3 interelectrode insulator plates were generally damaged in forms of crack. In order to solve this problem .ZrO2 and Si3N4 are added in to gain a new kind of alumina base composite material .And its resistance to heat shocks is further stud-ied,The results show that the flexural strength and its critical temperature of resistance to heat shocks could be ,respectively ,140%and 75%higher than that of alumina.Therefore,the alumina base ma-terial could be improved dramatically on the resistance to heat shocks,After 250 h dynamic test ofMHD ,the interelectrode insulator plates made of new composite have complete appearance and clearedges and corners.
