【Abstract】 Security and reliaility are the most important tasks in substation operations. The correct operat-ing orders are required and it is required too for accurate diagnosis and treatment of fault.This paper mainly deals with two parts:one is to write formally the substation switching operation orders sheet.The other is to diagnose and process the fault when it occurs.
