【摘要】 结合国外电力市场运营和管理，提出我国电网调度自动化系统为电力市场商业化服务的内容和任务。论述了现代化的电力市场对电能自动结算系统ＥＡＳＳ的主要功能要求、基本技术条件和实施方案。强调我国调度自动化系统商业化要同电力市场的发展相适应，并指出应注意的问题和实施的步骤。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main contents and tasks of the power dispatching automation system commercialization which serves China’s electricity market are put forward on the basis of studying the operation and management of electricity market abroad. The essential function requirement of Energy Automatic Settlement System( EASS)for modern elec-tricity market,the basic technical conditons and implementation program of EASS are analysed.It is stressed that commercialization of power dispatching automation should be compatible with the de-velopment of China’s electricity market.Problems and procedures for the implenientation of commercialization are also pointed out.更多还原
