碱性纤维素酶生产菌的筛选及分类鉴定

【摘要】 本文从自然界分离筛选出菌落为褐、白、黄色三株生产碱性纤维系酶的菌株─He、Ba、Hu。该菌株皆为生成芽孢好氧细菌,革兰氏染色阳性,最适生长温度35℃,最适生长pH为6.0─9.0,均属芽孢杆菌属(Bacillusgenus)暂分别命名为Bacillussp─He、Bacillussp─Ba、Bacillussp─Hu。上述三菌株的一些分类学性质不同于已知芽孢杆菌属中的各种,初步认为是芽孢杆菌属的新种。B.sp─He、B.sp─Ba、B.sp─Hu三菌株可在纤维素、乙醇、淀粉、葡萄糖、果糖等其它碳源培养基上生产碱性纤维素酶,但不同的碳源产栈能力不同。

【Abstract】 The authors have isolated three kinds of new strains producingalkaline cellulase from soil. Their colonies are brown, white and yellow in colorrespectively. All strains are endospore forming and aerobic bacteria. They are grampositive. The optimal growth temperature is 35 C. and the optimal PH is 6.0 to 9.0.They all belong to the Bacillus genus. These new species are tentatively named asBacillus sp-He,Bacillus sp-Ba and Bacillus sp-Hu respectivly. Some taxonomic fea-tures of these strains are different from that already known in Bacillus genus.Allthese strains produce alkaline cellulase in the medium containing cellulase.alcohol,starch, D-glucose, D-fructose and other carohydrate. But the cellulase production isdifferent in the media containing different carbohydrate.
