新型电力半导体器件BSIT的基本特性及部分应用

【摘要】 介绍了一种我国首创的新型电力半导体器件BSIT的基本结构和特性;讨论了BSIT的驱动问题;给出了它在直流变换系统中的一种应用电路.实验表明,BSIT具有其它同容量半导体器件所不具备的优良特性.

【Abstract】 The paper describes the essential configuration and characteristics of a novel power semiconductor device BSIT, discusses the drive of BSIT, and gives BSIT DC converter circuit. Experiment showsthat BSIT has excellent performances over other semiconductor device.
