厚膜α－Fe2O3气敏元件的研制
DEVELOPMENT OF THICK-FILM a-Fe2O3 GAS SENSORS
【摘要】 介绍用化学共沉淀法制备的ａ－Ｆｅ＿２Ｏ＿３粉体为原料，采用厚膜技术制作全膜化ａ－Ｆｅ＿２Ｏ＿３气敏元件的性能及工艺，试验并分析了玻璃添加剂对元件气敏性的影响，讨论了一种可能的气敏机理。
【Abstract】 The properties and processing of a-Fe2O3 gas sensore made by the thick-filmtechnology from coprecipitation powder are introduced. The effect of glass composition in pasteon sensing properties are tested and analyzed.A possible sensing mechanism is discussed.
