一种新的晶体振荡器自动稳频技术
A NEW AUTOMATIC FREQAUENCY STABILIZATION TECHNIQUE FOR QUARTZ CRYSTAL OSCILLATORS
【摘要】 提出了一种新的晶体振荡器自动稳频技术—闭环数字稳频法。该方法与以往的温度补偿法相比,更方便灵活,稳频精度更高,抗干扰能力更强,用该方法研制的135MHz晶体振荡器在-46~+75℃宽温度范围内频率稳定度达△f/△f=±0.78±10 ̄(-6).在团内外文献中尚未发现有优于这一指标的该类晶体报道。
【Abstract】 A new automatic frequency stabilization techneque ,digital close -looped .frequency control method,is presented.It performs over other temporature compensation techniques in stability,flexlbility and ability of acti-interference. A quartz crystal osdlator working at 135MHz is desiged with this technique.The oscillator can work within a wide temperature rangeof - 46~+75℃ and Obtain the frequency stability about △f/△f_s =-±0.78×,Noanalogical report has been found.
