【摘要】 本文报道了根癌农杆菌（Ａｇｒｏｂａｃｔｅｒｉｕｍｔｕｍｅｆａｃｉｄｅｎｓ）Ｃｈｒｙ５对我国１０个大豆栽培品种子叶的致癌效应。结果表明对７个品种的致癌率略高于超毒菌株Ａ２８１，对所有品种的致瘤率均高于Ｔ３７。通过抽样检测发现，Ｃｈｒｙ５所诱导产生的冠瘿瘤，瘤上的不定根和子叶均含有胭脂碱。有１个品种诱发出畸胎瘤苗，并进行了生长测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Study on tumor-induced reaction of 10 Chinese soybean cultivars infected by A.tumefaciens Chry5 wes carried out.We found that tumor -induced frequencies by Chry5 on 7 cultivars were higher than that of supervirulent strain A281,the induction frequencies on all cultivars were much higher than that of T37.Nopaline was present in adventitous roots and cotyledons of the crown gall tumors induced by Chry5.One cultivar was ihduced to form teratoma shoots.更多还原
