GSY-1型固体材料水分测量仪的研制
Development of Type GSY-1 Instrumentation for Moisture Content of Solid
【摘要】 介绍近期研制成功的通用新型固体水分测量仪的原理及其特点.通过大量实验数据的理论分析,得到各种固体含水率的归一化的线性数学模型;利用单片机的软件功能,实现了仪器的通用化.该仪器的测量范围为(4—50)%,精度小于0.5%.
【Abstract】 A developed instrumentetion for moisturecontent of solid ispresented in this paper.The linearized mathematical model of normalization is abtained by adoption of ’conductimetry, a lot of the experimentsand analysis in theory. The general-purpose of instrumentation is realizedby microconputer. The measuring accuracy of the instrumentetion isdeveloped and the measurement range of the instrumentation is (4 ̄ 50)%. Its measuring accuracy is 0.5%.
