【摘要】 定义了模糊商群，讨论了它的基本性质，证明了同态基本定理．

【Abstract】 The definition of fuzzy factor group is given and its fundametal qualities is studied. The fundamental theorem of homomosphisms of fuzzy groups is also proven.
